Codexis研發新的診斷酶

    2017年1月6日:世界領先的生物催化酶開發供應者Codexis宣布公司將會提供使用下一代測序 (NGS)和PCR的體外診斷的客戶提供高性能酶。Codexis的首個專利酶是用于該市場幫助NGS使用者提高文庫構建的,預計在2017年第二季度進入實驗。


Gingko Bioworks收購Gen9

    2017年1月20日:Ginkgo Bioworks宣布收購合成DNA提供者Gen9,但并沒有披露價格。Gingko

將為多個行業的運用,提高其對新型有機體設計的速度和能力。本次收購將使Gen9從組裝合成DNA

專家轉變為自動化生物工程的鑄造工廠。

 

c-LEcta接手Denarase?市場和分銷

    2017年1月26日:一家德國萊比錫的工業生物技術公司c-LEcta宣布2016年底該公司已從

Sartorius Stedim GmbH接手了Denarase?的分銷。Denarase?是一種來自于粘質沙雷氏菌

Serratia marcescens)的基因工程核酸內切酶,能夠非常有效地切割所有形式的DNA和RNA,是

生物技術中常用的定量去除核酸和降低粘度的酶。

 

諾維信贏得中國專利案件

    2017年2月17日:經過曠日持久的官司,諾維信贏得了兩個中國企業專利侵權案件。中國最高

人民法院決定審判諾維信與山東龍達生物制品有限公司(Longda Bio-Products Co.)和江蘇生物

產品有限公司(Jiangsu Bioproducts Co.)的案件勝訴。諾維信在2013年的時候控告這兩家公司

侵犯了其一個糖化酶的專利,可獲得170萬人民幣的賠償。但這兩家公司進行了上訴并且質疑諾維

信專利的有效性。通過幾個級別的法院,最后到達了中國最高人民法院,決定堅持諾維信專利的有

效性。這是最終裁決,不能上訴。
